Demar Derozan

Shaun Henning of New Take Films directed a project centred on DeMar DeRozan, filmed on location and built around his story and career. As director, he oversaw the technical production while shaping a visual approach that reflected both his basketball career and life beyond the court.

Henning kept the visual style clean and consistent, using natural lighting and simple composition to highlight DeRozan’s presence on and off the court. He focused on filming his movement with controlled tracking shots and clear framing to capture the flow and precision of the sport, while also conveying his focus and approach to the game, resulting in a focused and unified final piece.
