New Take Films was commissioned by Active Ops to film and edit on location at three AI conferences across London, Melbourne and Toronto.

Our five person crew worked alongside local New Take Films producers at each venue, delivering edited video content by early evening on the day of filming.

We captured photography throughout each conference and provided immediate edits for social media, with full post-event galleries delivered within the agreed timeframes.

The on-site editing setup meant Active Ops could publish conference content whilst events were still running.

We delivered multiple video assets and complete photographic coverage across all three conferences, maintaining consistent production standards at each international location.
